The facility's outdoor space was not safe for children's activities as evidenced by the siding located on the left hand side of the building as you exit the preschool door onto the playground is not present. There appears to be wood or possible drywall that is exposed on two parts of the wall. The wood/drywall is chipping and is able to be pulled and flaked off of the side of the building.
