The floors located in the first classroom to the right of the main entrance into the child care program was/were not in good condition as evidenced by there is a 1 to 2 inch gap between the floor and the air vents located on the wall. The walls and floors are not meeting and are not flush. There are three vents total. One vent has a gap in the floor that you can see down the hole into the floor that is greater than 3 inches. Children have access to this hole.
