2 5 INFANTS AND TODDLERS At Arrival: Caregivers: Emily Powell and Michaela Howell with five children ages three months to fourteen months and one child three years of age. Ratio was 2 staff to 6 children. During the inspection, the three year old child was moved out of the I/T Unit. Ratio was 2 staff to 5 children.
