A caregiver did not obtain one clock hour of training for each month of employment. The staff listed need the following information: Plesana Johnson needs 8 hours for 2021, Nadley Doris needs 1 hour for 2021, Lee Qwaisha Moore needs 3 hours for 2021. As of 8/11/2022, Nadley Doris is the only one needing hours. She has taken the needed training hours, however the transfer of the hour is not reflected in OPEN at this time.
