Upon arrival CI Cox and CIS Holman observed a preschool age child in the small front room. This is the exit onto the play yard. The doors were shut between this room and the backroom and the door between this room and the large front room was shut. There was not caregiver in this room. This child immediately went outside. Caitlyn Soughtworth and Kyleigh Noble were on the play yard with 19 children ages 2-years-old to 4-years-old. This included 5 children age 2-years-old. Staff/child ratio was corrected when caregiver Mya Houck arrived at about 11AM.
