The facility's outdoor play space is used at the same time by children from the infant/toddler unit and preschool/school-age children as evidenced by there were four children age 1 year old outside with four children age 2 years old and three children age 3 years old upon inspector's arrival taking attendance, playing in the same playground space.

(This rule does not apply to group day care homes with a maximum of four (4) infant/toddlers or to day care centers licensed for a maximum of twenty (20) children, including no more than four (4) infant/toddlers.)
