Violation
 Provider Comments
Violation
The infant/toddler space had partition(s) that were not stable in that the stable partition and gate is missing. The provider stated that Diane Crutchfield (Child Care Aware) visited the child care center to help with developmentally safe spaces. The provider stated that the gate that was being used as the stable partition was not safe due to the evacuation cribs having to be taken out of the gate. The provider also stated that the gate was not staying nor remaining stable. Diane Crutchfield measured the space for where the gate was present and will be purchasing and bringing the provider a new and stable gate. The provider will send a picture as evidence of compliance.
