CI Cox took counted the children again and noted that 1 child was not accounted for, CI Cox asked the caregiver where the child had gone, and was told the child was given permission to fill up their water bottle at the water fountain in the hall. CI Cox asked which water fountain and caregiver pointed to the fountain to the right of the cafeteria, the child was observed coming back to the cafeteria from the opposite direction.
