The floors located in the infant room underneath the handwashing sink was/were not finished with material which can be cleaned easily as evidenced by there is a screwed wooden piece assisting with the structure of the sink, the soap dispenser is above the piece of wood. The wood is collecting soap residue and water. There is a concern for mold to be growing on the untreated wood. CI suggested replacing the wood with a plastic piece to be easily cleanable.
