Violation Requirements for supervision of napping children were not met as evidenced by infants and toddlers did not have constant care and supervision in that a caregiver was not present in the infant/toddler nap room while children were sleeping. Licensing Rule Reference 5 CSR 25-500.182 Child Care Program (1) (D) 1. states: Infants and toddlers shall have constant care and supervision. Home monitors or commercial devices marketed to reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) shall not be used in place of supervision while children are napping or sleeping. Correction Required Caregivers shall provide constant care and supervision of infants/toddlers as required.
