There was a live roach on the kitchen counter in front of the microwave, near the stove and two live roaches on the floor near a bag of onions sitting on the floor. On January 11, 2023 during the return inspection there were live and dead roaches on the kitchen floor and a dead roach on the first table in the classroom next to the bin holding bottled water. On February 14, 2023 during the close supervision inspection there were no evidence of roaches in the kitchen or play area.
