Equipment in the outdoor play area, the three trikes and plastic caterpillar climbing piece, was not free of sharp, loose or pointed parts as evidenced by the trikes had missing handle bar covers and one had a broken seat with sharp broken plastic, the plastic caterpillar was missing a head which allowed sharp plastic screws exposed and accessible to the children.
