The premises were not safe and suitable as evidenced by no barrier between parked cars and the fence on the west large play yard. Cars angle park, there is a sidewalk flush with the parking lot, then a small strip of grass before the fence on the west side of this play yard. On the north side of the infant/toddler play yard there is a strip of grass, a side walk flush with the parking lot on this side of the building, again on barrier between cars and the fence. There is no barrier between the parked cars on the northeast side of the building and the building, other than a sidewalk flush with the parking lot and a small strip of ground.
