Phoebe, caregiver, told me that a dog was in the room, but I observed a pack n' play and asked if a child was in the room. Phoebe, caregiver, told me there was not a child, but when I looked in the pack n' play, I observed a child sleeping. She stated that the child had been attending her facility for about one month, but she didn't have any paperwork on the child.
