The facility did not provide at least 35 square feet of usable floor space for each preschool and school-age child coming into the facility for day care as evidenced by space was reduced by cots left in place when not being used for rest time, children were restricted to the play area adjacent to the kitchen which was separated from the other room previously holding the cots by a gate. During the 3/14 inspection CI observed that cots are removed and the back room is usable for children.
