3 8 INFANTS AND TODDLERS Melody Farabee, Hannah Carney and Hannah Evers with 8 children ages 3 months to 13 months. Upon entry into the room CI Cox observed 2 infants sleeping in a nap room without any caregiver in the room. This room is connected to the infant room with double doors which were open. This was corrected during the inspection as one child who was no longer asleep was taken into the other room and one caregiver went into the nap room correcting staff/child ratio.

Requirements for supervision of napping children were not met as evidenced by infants and toddlers did not have constant care and supervision in that 2 infants were napping in a nap room without a caregiver in the room, the infants were in cribs positioned in front of the open double door, within the eye sight of the caregivers in the main room.
