Diapering requirements were not met as evidenced by the diapering table was not located where caregiver could maintain supervision of his/her group of children. The diapering table was located against the wall next to the handwashing sink in the classroom adjoining the kitchen. During the 3/16 inspection CI observed that another diaper table is being used . It is still not providing an appropriate room supervision.
