2	7	INFANTS AND TODDLERS	Amanda Melloway and Tosha Wimer were the staff in the Infant/Toddler room on the left side of the room at the 403 address. The children ranged in age from 11 months to 23 months.
1	4	INFANTS AND TODDLERS	Nicole Randolph was the staff in the Infant/Toddler room on the right side of the room at the 403 address. The children ranged in age from 4 months to 10 months.
2	14	MIXED	Paula Lister and Rebecca Nichols were the staff with the children in the Purple room at the 403 address. The children ranged in age from 4 to 5 years.
3	0	NO CHILDREN IN ATTENDANCE	Additional staff at the facility: Hailey Lister was in the kitchen preparing snack before going to the school age building, Tyler King was present at the facility and will go to the school age building and Holly Crane arrived at the beginning of the inspection.
2	17	PRESCHOOL	Tiffany King and Victoria Levitt were the staff with the children in the Gold room at the 403 address. Children were all 3 years of age.
2	16	TWO YEAR OLDS	Kenna Dennis and Hainna Lister were the staff with the children in the Toddler Twos room at the 403 address. All children were 2 years of age.
