3 8 INFANTS AND TODDLERS Seedlings 2 At arrival: Caregivers: Lillian Estes, Breanna Sutton and Courtney Webber with eight children ages seventeen months to twenty-one months. During the inspection, one child was moved into Seedlings 1. A child, twenty-three months of age was moved from Sprouts into Seedlings 2. Ratio remained 3:8. Age ranged changed to eighteen months to twenty-three months.
2 7 INFANTS AND TODDLERS Seedlings 1 At arrival: Caregivers: Whitney Marler and Abigail King with six children ages six months to seventeen months. During the inspection, one child from Seedlings 2 was moved into Seedlings 1. Ratios were changed from 2:6 to 2:7. Children remain six months to seventeen months.
2 11 MIXED Sprouts At arrival: Caregivers: Alyssa Wood and Caylynn Moore with one child twenty-three months of age and elven children two years of age. During the inspection, the twenty-three month old child was moved into Seedlings 2. Ratios were changed from 2:12 to 2:11.

A room shall be defined as an area separated from other parts of the building by floor-to-ceiling walls. Stable partitions a minimum of four feet (4') in height shall be used to separate the infant/toddler or two (2)-year old groups, or both, in a room;
