CI brought her back to the front room for miss Sheila. When a teacher was asked if the child is with her,she said she didn't even know that the child was left and is not outside with another teacher . Violation Provider was not alert to various needs of the child as evidenced by CI and CIS have not seen diaper changing or checking since they arrived at 8:40AM. At 10:50AM Joyce changed one baby's diaper after CIS asked her about a diaper changing routine. Joyce responded that they check diapers as needed. Licensing Rule Reference 5 CSR 25-500.182 Child Care Program (1) (D) 3. states: Caregivers shall be alert to various needs of the child such as thirst, hunger, diaper change, fear of or aggression by other children, and the need for attention.
