The requirements for obtaining 12 clock hours each calendar year were not met. For the calendar year of 2021, the staff listed need the following information: Dena Milz needs 12 hours, Brittany Sallee needs 4 hours, Bailey Swinford needs 12 hours, Bridgette Swinford needs 12 hours, Jessica Swinford needs 12 hours, Sydney Walker needs 12 hours, Taylor Lowes needs 2 hours, Mallory Lowes needs 6 hours and Caylee Schultz needs 1 hour. During an inspection on 1/18/22 we were told that Sydney Walker and Bailee Swinford no longer work here.
