Hazardous items as follows were accessible to children: 7 paint cans (Rustoleum brand) of varying colors matching newly painted infant impact pads and that were unsealed but with lids on with paint trails visible along the sides of the cans, 1 pack of opened cigarettes laying on a paint can approximately 5-6 inches off the ground with 2 cigarettes present in the pack (Kool filter kings brand), 2 used containers of brake fluid with lids on and 1 lawn mower with visible signs of use.
