The facility's outdoor space was not safe for children's activities as evidenced by there were several broken toys in the playground. CI Ray-Warnke did a thorough check and walk through with the director of the child care facility. Broken toys were removed, parts of toys were put back together or were removed from the playground if parts were not able to be put back together. The ground of the playground was picked up and cleaned up to assure that no broken pieces, trash or debree were on the playground.
