Violation The facility did not provide at least 35 square feet of usable floor space for each preschool and school-age child coming into the facility for day care as evidenced by space was reduced by Classroom 3 not being set up & ready to go. There were boxes & extra items in the space, like it was being used as a Storage Room. A. states: At least thirty-five (35) square feet of usable floor space shall be provided for each preschool and school-age child coming into the facility for day care.
