When inside of the child care facility, CI Ray-Warnke observed the same exterior door propped open with a gate put in front of the door. The door that was propped and open with a gate was the infant room door. CI Ray-Warnke had a conversation with the infant room teachers present that the door entering the infant room and the door exiting the infant room must be closed at all times. The infant and toddler teachers were informed that the infant and toddler children must be surrounded by 4 floor to ceiling walls at all times.
