1 5 INFANTS AND TODDLERS Eniyah Roberts, teacher, was present with five infants/toddlers,aged 4-months old to 21 months old. Stacy Perkins later reported to the infant/toddler unit to assist Ms. Roberts and obtain correct staff/child ratios.
1 0 NO CHILDREN IN ATTENDANCE Lisa Seward, director, was present with no children.
1 8 PRESCHOOL Stacy Perkins, assistant director, was present with eight children, aged 2-years old to 5-years old. Lisa Seward, director, later reported to the facility and resumed supervision over the class. Aliyah Glover later resumed supervision over the class.
