Requirements for supervision of napping children were not met as evidenced by infants and toddlers did not have constant care and supervision in that Caregiver Kelsey Stankowitz left the infant/toddler unit where three 1-year-old children were present in order to open the front door and remained out of the infant/toddler unit for approximately four minutes.
