The provider did not supply and serve food according to the Meal and Snack Food Chart as evidenced by CI Cox observed a cart with individual lunch boxes, CI Cox asked caregiver in charge Kelsie Tillman if the children brought in their own lunches and was told yes, when asked if the facility provided anything for lunch, CI Cox was told no. CI Cox was told that a morning and afternoon snack was provided by the facility for the children each day.
