The equipment, a yellow slide on the preschool playground, that is over 24 inches high, does not have sufficient impact absorbing material present as evidenced by a pea gravel moved, exposing bare soil on the bottom of the slide. During the inspection a director found a foam square that she placed under the slide and corrected a violation .
