2 5 INFANTS AND TODDLERS Debbie Woods ,staff and Grace Fortner staff were present with 5 children ages 6 months to 14 months. At first arrival, Ms. Woods was the only staff in the classroom for 2 minutes after which Ms. Fortner arrived making the ratio of 1 teacher to 4 children correct.
2 5 INFANTS AND TODDLERS Madelynn Richardson staff and Brooke White staff was present with 5 children ages 13 months to 20 months
