1	4	INFANTS AND TODDLERS	Caregiver Samantha Yyurcsik present with four toddlers all age 1 year old. During the inspection one child went home with a parent and one 2 year old child came from miss Kelsie's classroom. After moving the children miss Samantha ended up having four children , including three 1 years old and one 2 year old.
1	10	MIXED	Caregiver Kelsie Mertens present with 10 children, including four 2 years old children and six three years old children. During the inspection one child was sent to infant /toddler classroom , because one baby went home with a parent. One child was moved from Amanda's Surlock class over to miss Kelsie, so she had 10 children again.
1	0	NO CHILDREN IN ATTENDANCE	President/administrator Tracy Adams present with no children in attendance.
1	10	PRESCHOOL	Caregiver Amanda Scurlock present with ten children ages 4-5 years old. During the inspection she moved one 4 years old to miss Kelsie's class to get one new older child who came from a school bus. After adjustment, miss Amanda had 10 children again.
1	10	PRESCHOOL	Caregiver /director Jonna Surlock present with nine children ages 4-5. During the inspection two more 4 years old children came from the school bus . One 3 year old child was moved downstairs to 3-4 years old Amanda's class. After moving the children miss Jonna got ten children ages 4-5 years old. By the end of inspection two children got to a school bus and there were 8 children left.
