The facility's outdoor space was not safe for children's activities as evidenced by inside of the infant and toddler playground there is a protective fence that is preventing access from the outdoor fans and ac systems. One part of the fence that is located next to the infant and toddler ramp and the fan is not secure and standing up straight. This is allowing a large gap/space between the fence and the ramp that is move than 4 inches. Children can pass over or walk past the fence and be in a hazardous area.

The piece of wood had a sharp point and edge on one side. Children could pick up the wood and then the wood would become a hazard to other children.
