The premises were not safe and suitable as evidenced by the cubby room located in front of the kitchen has various kitchen items sitting in the room due to a kitchen remodel. Items include stainless steal work table, pots and pans, 3 tubs of kitchen equipment such as tongs, scoopers, apple slicers, and measuring cups. There is also a tub of children's cups used for drinking, a broken laundry basket and a large carboard box. An outdoor play area used exclusively for school-age children shall not be required to have a fence.
