1 12 MIXED Caregiver/provider Tammy Blankenship with ten children , including one 7 month old infant and one 18 month old toddler. In addition it was two 2 years old, two 4 years old and two 5 years old children. Around 2:20PM four school age children came from the school bus, bringing the number to 12 children total. An approved overlap starts at 2:30-4:30PM. Today was the early release day in school.
