The facility did not provide 45 square feet of usable floor space for each infant and toddler as evidenced by in January, 2024, three different pipes burst creating a flood. The flood caused the facility to shut down all their infant/toddler rooms, rooms A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. The rooms are all currently under construction.
