The facility's disaster and emergency plan was not available in each room used for childcare as evidenced by the facility has a variance where the emergency plan is to be carried on a clipboard in each room where children are present. The emergency plan was located inside a storage room and it was reported they did take the plan when they traveled outside, but while they were in the building. The children were in the gym and the cafeteria and the plan was not in either room.
