Violation Children were not restricted to approved space as evidenced by a revision application is on file with OOC but revision has not been completed. Fire and sanitation inspections have also not been completed or approved. Room 2 (threes classroom) is a newly constructed room and thirteen children were present in the unapproved room . Licensing Rule Reference 5 CSR 25-500.082 Physical Requirements of Group Day Care Homes and Day Care Centers (1) (C) states: Children shall have no access to areas not approved for child care. Violation All floors of a building used for child care was not approved by the State Fire Marshall as evidenced by the Threes classroom is new construction and has not been approved by Fire. Thirteen children were present in the unapproved classroom.
