Violation The provider did not follow required procedures for accidents, injuries and emergency medical care as evidenced by parents were not notified immediately when child was injured during AM session, but parent not notified until PM pick up. Licensing Rule Reference 5 CSR 25-500.192 Health Care (5) (A) states: In case of accident or injury to a child, the provider shall notify the parent(s) immediately. If the child requires emergency medical care, the provider shall follow the parent's(s') written instructions.
