The ceilings located in I/T Unit 1 was/were not finished with material which can be cleaned easily as evidenced by a water leak occurred causing the sheetrock/paint at the top of the window/ceiling to begin peeling and cracking.

Floor covering shall be in good condition. Lead-free paint shall be used for all painted surfaces.

Violation
The ceilings located in the 3-year-old classroom back window was/were not in good condition as evidenced by the water has leaked causing the sheetrock at top of window/ceiling to peel and break. The broken section is approximately 2-3 feet long and 12-14" wide. Upwards of 30 pieces/chunks of broken sheetrock are laying in the window sill. As of 9/19/2023, the pieces/chunks of broken sheetrock were no longer present in the window sill.
