Children were not restricted to approved space as evidenced by total of 20 children in an unlicensed space. Twelve of the children were under 24 months old. Nine children in an unapproved three year old room age 3-years-old. Four children in an unapproved toddler room ages 13-months-old to 22-months-old, and Eight children in an unapproved infant room age 2-months-old to 9-months-old. During the 5/22/2024 inspection there were nine children age 3-years-old, and seven children ages 2-months-old to 18-months-old and four children ages 11-months-old to 18-months-old all in the same unapproved spaces.
