2 8 INFANTS AND TODDLERS Caregivers: Lisa Caruso and Megan Pulliam with eight children seven months to twenty months. Note: During the inspection, Lisa left to pick up the school- age children. Megan was left in this room alone with all eight children. Amy Illers joined this room correcting ratios and group size. Once Lisa arrived, Amy stepped out.
2 17 MIXED Caregivers: Hailey Wilson and Abbey Rosborg with twelve children two years of age and five children three years of age. During the inspection, Kylie Jones arrived. Hailey left this room and joined Joe's room.
2 19 MIXED Caregivers: Joe Payne, Amie Illers and Quianna King with five children two years of age and fourteen children three years of age. During the inspection, Amie left this room and joined the I/T Unit. Hailey Wilson joined this room. Quianna King left this room and joined Donna's room
2 15 PRESCHOOL Caregivers, Donna Illers and Quianna King with fifteen children four years of age to five years of age. Note: During the inspection, Quianna left this room and joined Joe's room. This resulted in Donna having fifteen children by herself. Later during the inspection, Quianna joined this room correcting ratios.
1 14 SCHOOL AGE Caregiver, Ami Illers with fourteen school-age children five years of age to ten years of age. Facility transported eleven kids from school to the facility around 3:30 PM. After this, three more school-age children arrived.
