Caregiver did not provide frequent, direct contact as evidenced by during inspection, Linda McElroy brought a 6 month infant into the dining room area that has a play corner for infants and put the child down for tummy time. Meanwhile a 10 month old child along with an 18 month old child were in the big play room with other children and Linda could not provide constant care and supervision of the Infants/Toddler. CI Duckworth observed Linda return to the big play room but left the 6 month old infant in the dining room area in corner play area without supervision and the child was alone in the dining room.
