This section of fence was located to the far-left in the middle play area.

A deck with a drop-off of more than 24 inches had a railing/barrier with openings of more than four inches (4”). The measurement of railing/barrier openings is 4.5 inches. One section of lattice located on the ramp was missing resulting in the gaps. Another section of lattice was not fully secure.
