Diapering requirements were not met as evidenced by the diapering table was not located where caregiver could maintain supervision of his/her group of children. The diapering table was located in the 4401 Shreve Ave. St. Louis I/T unit against a wall and the two diapering table's located in the 4409 Shreve Ave. St. Louis I/T unit were located against a wall preventing the caregiver from maintaining supervision of children at all times.
