A child was left without competent supervision as evidenced by while CI Pleimann was reviewing files in an unoccupied classroom on the 1st floor of the facility, a preschool child came down the stairs unaccompanied and unnoticed by staff. The child would have had unrestricted access to the front door of the facility. CI Pleimann informed the upstairs staff that a child had eloped and the situation was corrected.
