The premises were not safe and suitable as evidenced by a wire with a camera attached was hanging down inside of a large trash can in the pre-k room, due to ceiling tiles falling down from a ceiling leak. A cover to a light switch was removed from the in the pre-k room, exposing the inside of the wall and light switch.
