The facility did not provide at least 35 square feet of usable floor space for each child coming into the facility for day care as evidenced by space was reduced by totes stacked up against the dining room wall that did not include materials for children. There was a table pushed up against the window in the dining room that has vases of flowers on top and then totes filled with tax papers located underneath. Another table was located in the dining room that had totes filled with more tax documents on top. The back room that leads to the outdoor play area was filled with totes and baskets of toys that could not be accessed by children.
