A child was left without competent supervision as evidenced by on July 14, 2025, Child A and her class went outside around 9:00 AM. Child A's class went inside at 9:27 AM. Child A got separated from her class while they were going inside. Caregiver, Heidi Renyolds had all the kids lined up to go inside and as she opened the door some kids in the front of the line started running. The teacher ran after the kids to help them walk to class. In doing so, the door shut before Child A walked inside. Upon getting back to the class it was noticed at 9:31 AM that Child A had not made it to the classroom. At 9:31 AM, Child A was found outside near the entrance door where the class lines up on the playground. Child had no injury.
