Physical punishment was used as evidenced by on July 29, 2025, Alexus Foreman, caregiver, sat Child A on her lap after the child had been hitting other staff and children and told the child if they are going to hit other people then they should know what it feels like to be hit. Alexus then took his hand and held it by the wrist and made a motion with his hand making him hit himself in the face three times. The force used was the force Alexus used as she made him hit his own face. The child was crying when he was made to hit himself in the face.
