Children were not restricted to approved space as evidenced by the front door (main entrance) was open when CI Donoho arrived for the inspection. CI Donoho closed the door. During the insspection CI Donoho again on 2 occasions observed the door to be open to the outside of the building. This is within 12 feet of a classroom with direct access from the hallway to the door. .

At that time, another staff member came into the room putting the room into compliance children , ages 2-7 years. Five children that were 2 years old, were cared for by (2) adult caregiver(s).
